Todd Siegel

Chief Executive Officer
Co-founded Medical Technology Systems (MTS) in 1985 and piloted the company through 27 years of double digit Compounded Annual Growth in sales and earnings. As CEO from 1992, led MTS to become the global leader in pharmacy automation for blister packaging technology. Sold MTS to Omnicell in 2012.

Randall Murphy

Chief Operating Officer
Over 20 years direct experience in technical product development and operations including pharmacy automation in US and EU. Cofounder of Manchac Technology, the DOSIS product line for single dose dispensing.

Marcus Kennedy

Global Director of Customer Solutions
Marcus has extensive technical experience in the pharmacy automation space, spanning more than 25 years. He previously worked in senior technical positions within, engineering, product development and field service roles at a range of pharmacy automation companies including RXSafe, Parata Systems and Mckesson.

Louise Laban

Sales and Marketing Director
Louise Laban joined Centred Solutions after almost a decade with Omnicell in a variety of strategic marketing roles for the UK & Ireland and, latterly, as International Marketing Director. Her 25 year marketing career also includes spells at MTS Medication Technology, Capita and Ventura.

Paul Williamson

Global Director of Product and Sales
Paul became part of the Centred Solutions team in 2023 to define the UK product strategy and roadmap. In 2026 he became our Global Director of Product and Sales. He has significant experience in sales and marketing having previously founded his own company. He also worked in several senior roles for pharmacy consumable and technology company MTS Medication Technologies.

Aisling McBride

Head of Customer Solutions
Aisling has been a pharmacist for over 10 years. She has extensive experience of working in both an instore and pharmacy hub environment. She joined Centred Solutions in 2021, initially as an Operations Project Manager supporting customers with the FLOWRx solution. Prior to this Aisling was the Hub manager for Lloyds Pharmacy.

Paul Cole

Head of Enterprise Solutions
Paul joined in 2023 bringing extensive experience in pharmacy logistics, operations and hub and spoke. He worked his way up through AAH Pharmaceuticals to manage the wholesale operation at Ruislip distribution center before becoming head of offsite dispensing for McKesson, managing the hub and spoke model for Lloyds. He then worked at Avicenna.

Mona Roozfarakh

Customer Solutions Specialist
Mona joined us in 2024 having previoulsy worked as a pharmacist for eight years. She worked in a range of pharmacy environments including community, hub and online. She was a responsible pharamcist for Lloyds Pharmacy Hub, a senior pharmacist for Lloyds Direct and a pharmacist manager for Day Lewis.

Jordan Ward

Customer Solutions Specialist
Jordan joined the Centred Solutions team in 2025 with valuable experience in pharmacy logistics and operations. Prior to joining the team he was shift operations manager for Well Pharmacy group where he led a team of over 50 direct reports in one of the UK’s largest pharmacy warehouses.

Shelley Gibbins

Head of Marketing and Communications
Shelley joined Centred Solutions early in 2022. Prior to that she led the marketing communications function at Omnicell, initially for the UK business and then for international. A former journalist, Shelley has over 15 years’ experience working in marketing and communications for pharmacy and the wider NHS.

Mike Kenyon

Operations Director
Mike joined us in 2023, initially to define our procurement, build and helpdesk strategy. He has extensive experience in pharmacy automation having worked in senior roles at Omnicell and MTS Medication Technologies. He was responsible for implementing a wide range of processes and systems for Omnicell.

Paul Gallagher

Head of Service and Installation
Paul Joined the team in 2024. He has significant experience in the support and implementation of central pharmacy systems in both the hospital and retail pharmacy sectors. He has worked for a number of high profile pharmacy automation companies in senior roles including Omnicell, Willach and MACH4.

Robin Nuttall

Field Service Engineer
Robin joined us as a Field Service Engineer in 2025. He has extensive experience in supporting and implementing central pharmacy systems within both hospital and retail pharmacy, having worked for Omnicell and BD previously.

Chris Scott

Helpdesk Manager
Chris Scott joined as our Helpdesk Manager in 2022, bringing with him a wealth of experience in supporting customers internationally with complex pharmacy automation solutions, up to and including Level 3 support. He joined us from Omnicell where he spent over four years working in the support team in various roles.

Craig Scott

Helpdesk Level 2
Craig joined in 2023, bringing with him a wealth of experience in supporting complex solutions in both supplies and pharmacy automation, up to and including Level 3 support. Prior to this he worked in support at Omnicell and at Bacup and Rawtenstall Grammar School as the IT and Network Support Specialist.

Gigi Entwistle

Administrative Assistant
Gigi has worked in a range of administrative roles as well as having experience as an IT technician. She also has experience in software compliance and data protection. She assists with the day to day operations of Centred Solutions.
