Todd Siegel

Chief Executive Officer
Co-founded Medical Technology Systems (MTS) in 1985 and piloted the company through 27 years of double digit Compounded Annual Growth in sales and earnings. As CEO from 1992, led MTS to become the global leader in pharmacy automation for blister packaging technology. Sold MTS to Omnicell in 2012.

Paul O'Hanlon

Managing Director
Paul O’Hanlon joins Centred Solutions after more than a decade with Omnicell as Managing Director for the UK & Ireland and, latterly, as Vice President of Sales Worldwide. His career also includes spells leading business development at Lloyds Pharmacy and as International Managing Director at MTS Medication Technology.

Randall Murphy

Chief Operating Officer
Over 20 years direct experience in technical product development and operations including pharmacy automation in US and EU. Cofounder of Manchac Technology, the DOSIS product line for single dose dispensing.

Brian Broussard

Chief Technical Officer
Over 20 years in pharmacy automation in all types of pharmacies for US and EU. System engineer, degree level mechanical engineer. Listed on several patents for various pharmacy automation devices.

Daryl Crockett

Chief Information Officer
Daryl brings with her decades of experience in supporting companies to scale their operations. She has significant experience owning and building software companies, including four start-ups. She has vast experience in cyber security, software, and data.

Louise Laban

Sales and Marketing Director
Louise Laban joins Centred Solutions after almost a decade with Omnicell in a variety of strategic marketing roles for the UK & Ireland and, latterly, as International Marketing Director. Her 25 year marketing career also includes spells at MTS Medication Technology, Capita and Ventura.

Andy Haddock

Head of Service and Support
Andy is a founder member of Centred Solutions UK, joining as employee number two to help set-up the company in the UK. He has spent a lifetime working in engineering with the past 15 years dedicated to warehouse and pharmacy automation. Andy’s drive is to deliver high quality service and customer satisfaction

Shelley Dyer

Head of Marketing and Communications
Shelley joined Centred Solutions early in 2022. Prior to that she led the marketing communications function at Omnicell, initially for the UK business and then for international. A former journalist, Shelley has over 15 years’ experience working in marketing and communications for pharmacy and the wider NHS.

Mike Kenyon

Head of Support, Procurement and Production
Mike joined us in 2023 to define our procurment, build and helpdesk strategy. He has extensive experience in pharmacy automation having worked in senior roles at Omnicell and MTS Medication Technologies. He was responsible for implementing a wide range of processes and systems for Omnicell.

Paul Williamson

Product Manager
Paul became part of the Centred Solutions team in 2023 to define the UK product strategy and roadmap. He has significant experience in sales and marketing having previously founded his own company. He also worked in several senior roles for pharmacy consumable and technology company MTS Medication Technologies.

Aisling McBride

Customer Solutions Specialist
Aisling has been a pharmacist for over 10 years. She has extensive experience of working in both an instore and pharmacy hub environment. She joined Centred Solutions in 2021 as an Operations Project Manager where she supports customers with the FLOWRx solution. Prior to this Aisling was the Hub manager for Lloyds Pharmacy.

Paul Cole

Customer Solutions Specialist
Paul joined in 2023 bringing with him extensive experience in pharmacy logistics, operations and hub and spoke. He started out at AAH Pharmaceuticals, working his way up through the organisation to manager of the wholesale operation at Ruislip distribution center and then to head of offsite dispensing for McKesson, managing the hub and spoke model for Lloyds Pharmacy. More recently he worked at Avicenna.

Louise Jones

Helpdesk Lead
Louise started out as a software development apprentice. She has more than 6 years’ experience in software development, data management and business intelligence. Louise joined Centred Solutions two years ago as a Senior Software Support Engineer then Operations Project Manager before taking over responsibility for the helpdesk.

Olawale Olalaken

Helpdesk Specialist
Olawale joined the business in 2023 from Huawei Technologies Research and Development where he worked as an IT support engineer. He is a seasoned system and network administrator with more than 12 years experience working in the IT industry.

Shameer Farooq

Network and System Administrator
Shameer joined the Centred Solutions team in 2021. He has spent over 9 years in system engineering, operations and administration roles and has worked for several technology companies previously. He has extensive experience of working with Linux and Networking systems.

Steve Coleman

Assembly Technician
Steve builds our solutions ahead of install. He joined in 2023, bringing with him significant technical skills and knowledge. Prior to joining us he spent 25 years at Xerox, starting out as an apprentice service engineer and working his way up to customer service engineer.
